| This Mag-Plus Filler was custom built for Caymus Vineyards. They can do all sizes from 375 ml. to 18 liter. The unit has a nitrogen sparging system that can do 2 bottles at a time or a hand held system for the larger bottles for easy handling. The filler has our patented "4D" valves with 1" lower fill sleeves for the bigger bottles and 5/8" lower fill sleeves for the smaller. It's also equipped with a level sensing unit in the bowl to keep it full. Our 1" lower fill sleeves will fill 2-18 liter bottles in approx. 35 seconds. The corker is a single head model with vacuum and changeable heads for the different cork sizes. All built on a rolling stainless steel frame for ease of use. |  |
